Our Mission
At Àrachas³, we are committed to social justice, and our mission is to empower social enterprises by providing accessible, empathetic, and expert legal and business support. We exist to remove barriers, build confidence, and champion those working to create positive change in their communities. Through collaboration, mentoring, and practical advice and guidance, we help changemakers navigate complexity and grow with clarity and purpose.
Objectives
Our objectives are to:
provide specialised business support such as advice, support, training, and nurturing in order to develop skills, knowledge, creativity, confidence and experience, in order to educate and empower.
deliver a suite of products and services tailored to the challenges and business needs of social enterprises and the individuals who work in the eco-system.
offer accessible and affordable legal support to social enterprises with a particular focus and expertise on the legal issues for social enterprises, charities and the wider third sector.

Hi, I’m Karina Macleod, founder of Àrachas³ and Àrachas Coaching. I’m so glad you’re here.
Àrachas was created from a simple belief: that legal, governance and business support should be accessible, affordable and genuinely centred around you. I’ve spent over 20 years across the private and third sectors, advising, guiding and supporting people as they build things that matter.
My vision for the Àrachas³ group is to create a space where you feel truly supported in your work. I want every person I partner with to feel capable, connected and empowered, because when purpose-led people thrive, they strengthen the communities around them.
I bring a blend of legal, business and coaching experience to this work. Before moving into the third sector in 2010, I was a paralegal for several years, gaining a BA (Hons) in Law alongside specialist qualifications in Employment Law and in Wills, Trusts & Executries. Those skills now sit alongside my practice as an Executive Coach & Mentor. And since April 2025, I’ve been studying for an MBA to deepen the strategic support I can offer.
