Consultancy

We offer offer consultancy based support on our areas of expertise: legal structures and governance particularly within the social enterprise and charity sector.
We can offer you direct consultancy to explore the legal models, based on your particular aims and objectives. We will work with you to look at the long‐term consequences of the chosen structure, and the ongoing legal compliance connected to that model.
We are experts in governance and we can provide information, advice best practice such as effective boards, decision making and facilitating effective meetings.
We can also provide social enterprise consultancy and apply the ‘best’ legal model to your requirements.
Paralegal Services/Legal Support

We are experts in providing legal support to the social economy sector. We are experienced paralegals and offer an alternative to ‘traditional’ legal advice.
We aim to make legal advice accessible to those who require it and at affordable rates. Not only can we provide you with legal advice, we also provide specialist drafting services.
Our services are provided by paralegals, who have legal qualifications and are experienced but are not qualified solicitors.
We can support you with legal advice and compliance in most legal issues, particular in terms of your company or charity, employment law, as well as offering drafting services as required.
